This is the bar that started it all. We believe that when ingredients are this exceptional, you don’t mask them; you amplify them.
We source our cacao exclusively from El Tejido Farm in Colombia, known for beans with complex, fruit-forward notes and a deep cocoa backbone. Instead of refined white sugar, we sweeten it with heritage Panela from Mesa Baja, an unrefined cane sugar that retains its natural molasses and minerals.
The result is a 70% dark chocolate that lacks the harsh bitterness of commercial bars. It is earthy, rich, and impeccably smooth. A pure expression of the land, crafted in the heart of Las Vegas.
